Then blend all the ingredients with a blender into a smooth mixture.<\/li>\n\n<li>If desired, chop the nuts into smaller pieces and add them to the mixture with the raisins or cranberries. Be sure to whisk the nuts and raisins into the mixture, do not use a blender.<\/li>\n\n<li>Line a baking tin (preferably a small cake-shaped one) with baking paper or brush with butter.<\/li>\n\n<li>Pour the mixture into the baking tray.<\/li>\n\n<li>Bake the bread for about 45 minutes.
