  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of milk
  • Sugar
  • Slide of Pumpkin
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Guava

Preparation

  1. First, follow the steps for La Colada Tradicional. This serves as the base of the soda.
  2. Cut the pumpkin and carrot into small pieces.
  3. Bring a liter of water to the boil and cook the vegetables for about 10-15 minutes, until they are very soft. Meanwhile, cut the guava.
  4. When the vegetables are cooked and cooled a little, put everything in the blender.
  5. Then, place it in a sieve until the residue is completely drained.
  6. Add the fruit and vegetable mixture to La Colada.
