Banana bread is a healthy and delicious everyday snack, it can also serve as a boost right before exercise.

Ingredients
• 150 grams of oats
• 6 tablespoons of Farina Banana Flour (plain, vanilla or cinnamon)
• 3 ripe bananas
• 3 eggs
• 1 tablespoon of baking powder
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
• pinch of salt
• 100 grams of walnuts and/or pecans
Optional:
• 50 grams of raisins or cranberries
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175°C
- Cut the bananas into small pieces. Then blend all the ingredients with a blender into a smooth mixture.
- If desired, chop the nuts into smaller pieces and add them to the mixture with the raisins or cranberries. Be sure to whisk the nuts and raisins into the mixture, do not use a blender.
- Line a baking tin (preferably a small cake-shaped one) with baking paper or brush with butter.
- Pour the mixture into the baking tray.
- Bake the bread for about 45 minutes. If you are using a large baking tin, reduce the baking time to 35 minutes or check to see if all the mixture has cooked through in the middle.
